The Role
An opportunity exists for a General Practice Recruitment Consultant to join a dynamic team.
Source, interview and assess healthcare professionals for general practice positions
Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
Work with healthcare facilities to understand staffing needs
Develop and execute recruitment strategies
Conduct market research on industry trends and competitor activity
Negotiate and finalise employment offers
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
Experience in healthcare recruitment, particularly in general practice
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry trends
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
